1 Ihram-before arriving at miqat
a. Haircut / shave or shave hair, mustache / girdle, cut nails and others
b. Take a shower of ihram or at least resemble
c. Before arriving at miqat (borders), wear ihram clothes (2 pieces of cloth are not sewn for men and clothes covering aurat for women).
d. Women are not allowed to close their faces during ihram
e. Perform 2 rakaat prayers. Avoid doing it during prayer times.
f. Circumcised reading the Al-Kafirun sura in the first rak'ah and surah Al-Ikhlas in the second rak'ah after reading surah Al-Fatihah
g. Intentionally ihram (can use any language)
h. Do talbiyah
i. Go to illegal mosque, do talbiyah (men can read aloud, women read quietly)
j. When you arrive and enter the Grand Mosque, start entering the right foot and reading the prayer into the mosque
k. When looking at the Ka'bah read "Allaahu Akbar, Laa ilaaha illallah" three times, reading Durood and prayer facing the Kaaba
2. Tawaf
a. Start the Tawaf at the corner of Hajarul Aswad, opening the right shoulder for the man while performing the circumambulation (Idhtiba).
b. Reading the intention of the Tawaf (can be done in any language)
c. Touch and kiss Hajarul Aswad. If not, do Istilam (Touch) Hajarul Aswad then kiss it. If you can not afford to, be alerted by hand from the remote while mentioning (Bismillaahi Allaahu Akbar) then kettle off the palm without sounding the sound.
d. Start the first round repeating the 'Bismillaahi Allaahu Akbar' reading every time you start a new round of up to 7 rounds
e. Male pilgrims need to walk fast during the first 3 rounds. The rest of the 4 rounds can be done by normal walking
f. Perform Istilam for the 8th to finish
g. While performing the Tawaf Nafl, if you can look at the Kaaba and touch the Yamani corner with your right hand and say Bismillaahi Allaahu Akbar
h. throughout the Tawaf, the pilgrims can turn to the temple, this can be done at the beginning and end of the Tawaf while doing istilam
i. Reading the Koran, reading prayer or dhikr and others during tawaf. Shared reading prayer between the corner of Yamani and Hajarul Aswad's corner during each round
j. After Tawaf Nafl, if possible, standing between the door of the Kaaba and Hajar Aswad and praying-this area is known as Multazam
k. After finishing tawaf i) right shoulder cover ii) perform 2 rakaat prayers in any area in Haram. Circumcised reading the Al-Kafirun sura in the first rak'ah and surah Al-Ikhlas during the second rak'ah after the surah Al-Fatihah
l. Drink zam zam water. Do prayer while drinking zam zam water
m. Reasonable (Mustahab) perform Istilam for the 9th time before going Sa'ei
3. Sa'ei
a. Go to Bukit Safa and do Sa'ei's intentions (can be done in any language)
b. Go up to Mount Safa, facing the Kaaba and saying "Laa Ilaaha Il-lal Laahu Wal-laahu Akbar 3 times
c. Lift up your hands and face the Temple, do as much prayer as possible
d. From Bukit Safa go to Marwah Hill
e. Do prayer, remembrance and others throughout the journey
f. The male pilgrims can run the child / walk fast between the green part and read the prayer (see picture)
g. Upon reaching the next hill do prayer again once facing the direction of the Temple
h. Traveling from one hill to one hill is counted as one round
i. Go back to Safa. Do 7 rounds between Safa and Marwah while repeating steps e, f, g.
A. Finish the 7th round at Marwah and pray.
4. Scissors and shaves hair
a. After completing Sa'ei, the male congregation should shave the hair (Halaq) or cut at least 1 inch of hair as a whole (Qasr)
